Before get myself ready for workout am going eat something that is very health before starting my workout. I would need to find out good workout outifit and good gym shoes.
Things that I used for my workout routine:
2 sets of dumbbells that aren’t too heavy
Towel (just in case for sweat)
Have a gym bag
Have a buddy with you working out
When your workout got to push your body hard without quitting. Be should have a good workout. If am workout have a good song and have all the stretching before your workout. Have fun workout and getting goals that you wanted to lose and doing it for yourself not someone you love. Good time workout.
