Here is my for homemade salad ingredients that you will need are

Hand of lettuce

Some tomatoes

dried cranberries

Some strawberries

Grapes

Raisins

Blueberries

Raspberries

Banana

In fact you can add any kind of fruit to your health salad and you have homemade salad dressing to it. Hope you guys try this out from yourself. Its way start eating clean health for the summer months ahead or start it in the spring. Start burning that fat you eat the day before or just start doing it now.
